A plate for serving bread-related dishes

It started out as a plate to hold bread and bread-related dishes.

Brunch board: As the name suggests, it is used as a single plate for brunch serving bread, pancakes, salad, etc.

You can also enjoy a wine party with friends, arranging a charcuterie board, ham, salami, cheese and other dishes.

The simple wood color brings out the color of the ingredients, and can be used freely in any situation.

Its height makes it easy to hold and it blends in seamlessly with other tableware when placed on the table.
The grooves keep toasted bread from getting steamed, seaweed rolls from sticking to the pan, and meat juices and sauces from leaking out. The grooves are spaced far enough apart that cups and pots can be placed on them without wobbling.

Both are recommended for outdoor use. They won't break, and you can easily carry them around by stacking them in a basket. It's also recommended to keep a coffee drip set on hand.

Glass paint makes it easy to clean

This plate has a glass paint finish, which is nice because it does not impair the beauty of the wood grain or its feel, and is easy to clean.

It is characterized by the fact that stains are unlikely to remain even if you place oily foods or vinegared foods such as pickles on it. It is not completely waterproof, so please be careful as dark colored foods may stain if you leave them on it for a long time.

Wooden product series "KITO"

"KITO" is a series of wooden products created in collaboration with designer Oji Masanori by Aizawa Wood Crafts, a long-established lacquerware woodcarver in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

Aizawa Woodcraft, the maker of this small plate, is a woodworker founded in 1947 in Wajima City, a lacquerware production area. The high level of technique cultivated in this traditional craft production area makes for an appealing high-quality product.
