The back part is made of "Kyoto Nishiki", a material made using hand-dyed printing techniques.

This product uses the same pattern fabric as the popular Tabletop Carp Streamer Kyo Nishiki, which comes in a compact size that makes the celebration of Tango no Sekku feel more familiar.

The delicate patterns are reproduced in detail through a mold burned into the silk screen. Unlike regular carp streamers, the mesh of the screen is easily clogged in small works, and even the slightest deviation is not allowed. The smallest carp streamers require time and skilled craftsmanship.
