How to Order
Here's a simple guide on how to place an order at our online shop, Hare to Kurasu.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
1. Find your product
You can browse through our "Recommended Features" or by category, "Scene" or "Product," or use the keyword search bar (at the top of the page on PC / from the bottom-left menu button on smartphones) to enter the name or keywords of the product you're looking for.
2. Add items to your cart
Once you've decided on your desired product, select the color/pattern and size, then click the [Add to Cart] button.
* If you wish to request processing such as name engraving, family crest engraving, or flower crest engraving, please check the box and fill in the details.
* If you would like gift wrapping or a noshi (decorative gift paper), please add it to your cart.
Noshi is available free of charge.
3. Proceed to checkout
To proceed with your purchase, click the [Cart] button at the top of the screen to view your shopping cart.
After confirming the product details and delivery information displayed on the screen, set your desired delivery date and time, then click [Proceed to Checkout].
By logging in with your email address and password, you can skip entering information and go directly to the order confirmation screen.
Confirm and set your coupon/point usage, campaign code, and payment information, then click [Place Order] to complete your order.
Follow the on-screen instructions to fill in your name, email address, etc., then click [Proceed to Order] to continue.

4. Order Completion
Once your order is successfully completed, an order completion screen including your order number will be displayed.
After your order is complete, you will automatically receive an email from Hare to Kurasu with the subject "Order Confirmation - Order Number." Please note that this is an automatically generated email and not an email sent after our store has confirmed your order.
* If you requested "Family Crest Engraving" and your desired family crest is not in the family crest list, please send an email to the address at the bottom of the "Completion Email" (support@tokunagagoi.co.jp) with the following information:
・Order number
・Your name and family crest name (if known)
and attach an image of the family crest.
* If you do not receive a confirmation email:
- Please check if the email address registered during your order or for your membership is incorrect.
- If you are using free email services such as hotmail.com / hotmail.co.jp / yahoo.co.jp / goo.co.jp, the server providing these services may restrict email reception. Even if your address is normally fine for general use, you may not receive emails. If you do not receive an email from us, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your spam folder.
- Due to the settings of your email software or security software, emails may be automatically deleted. Please check your trash folder as emails from us may be there.
- If you are unable to receive emails from our store or emails from PCs in general, it is possible that your spam settings are rejecting all emails from PCs. If you cannot receive emails, please check your settings again.
