If you are requesting processing of names, family crests, flower crests, etc. on a product, please select the necessary items using the checkboxes when purchasing.

Please also fill in any necessary information.

2. If your desired family crest is not in the family crest list

 If you are requesting "family crest insertion" and your desired family crest is not in the family crest list, you will receive a "completion email" after your order is confirmed. Please send an email to the address at the bottom of that email (support@tokunagagoi.co.jp) with the following information:

・Order number
・Your name, family crest name (leave blank if unknown)

Please also attach an image of the family crest.

3. About Shipping

If you order items that require processing such as names, family crests, or dates of birth, the processing will be done after the order is confirmed, and then it will be shipped.

We will ship within 8 days of order confirmation.
