Q1. How long will it take for personalized gifts to be shipped?

Once your order is confirmed, it will take one week for production.
If you would like to specify a delivery date, please specify it at least 8 days after your order.

Q2. Are there any restrictions on the name or number of characters that can be entered?

A. It varies depending on the product, so please check each product page.

In most cases, we can accommodate kanji, hiragana, English letters, etc. However, if there are too many characters, they may not all fit in the layout, so we recommend keeping it to around 8 characters.
