If you would like to have your name, family crest, flower crest, etc. added to the product, please select the items that require selection using the check box at the time of purchase.
Please also fill in any necessary information.
2. If the family crest you want is not on the list
If you are requesting to have a family crest added and the family crest you want is not on the family crest list, you will receive a "Completion Email" after your order has been confirmed. Please enter the email address at the bottom of that email.
Please fill in your order number, name, and family crest name (leave blank if unknown), and attach an image of the family crest.
3. About shipping
If you order an item that requires processing of your name, family crest, date of birth, etc., this will be processed after your order has been confirmed and the item will be shipped.
Your order will be shipped within 8 days of confirmation.
