When you receive your product, please check to see if the item you received is different from what you ordered or if any items are missing.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products that have been used by customers
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
- If the product box, instruction manual, etc. is soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
- Items for which gift wrapping is requested
- Products processed by customers
- Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery
- Other items that state on the product page that returns are not accepted
- Exchange for other products
[Regarding initial defects]
We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In the case of initial defects, we will replace the defective parts.
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but please attach a photo of the damaged or defective part and describe the situation in as much detail as possible when contacting us.
- Please do not discard the cardboard packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective.
・We will respond as quickly as possible, but please note that we may not be able to exchange the product immediately depending on stock levels.
- In the case of a returned product due to a defect, we will promptly refund the amount to your designated account.
When returning a product, you will need to pack it yourself when handing it over to the delivery company. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please pack the product in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if it has been more than 8 days since delivery.
[Cancellation, return, and exchange due to customer convenience]
Returns and exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (excluding initial defects and incorrect delivery) after product shipment are only accepted for unopened and defective products .
Even if the product is in good condition, if it has been opened once (by removing the wrapping paper), it will not be eligible for return.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to online shopping, as it is a mail-order business accessed by customers.
Once the returned item arrives at our shop and we confirm that there are no particular problems, we will process a refund minus the full amount of the agency fee included in the item, the actual shipping fee at the time of shipping, the cash-on-delivery fee if you paid by cash on delivery, the bank transfer fee for the refund, and the cost of packaging materials.
