When you receive the product, please check to see if it is different from what you ordered or if any items are missing.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products that you have used once
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
- If the product box, instruction manual, etc. are damaged, lost, or discarded
- Items for which you have requested gift wrapping
- Products processed by customers
- Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery
- Other items that have a statement on the product page that they cannot be returned
- Exchange for other products
[About initial defects]
We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
・In the event of an initial defect, we will replace the defective parts.
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but please attach a photo of the damaged or defective part and contact us with as much detail as possible about the situation.
・Please do not discard the cardboard packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective.
・We will respond as quickly as possible, but please note that we may not be able to exchange the product immediately depending on stock levels.
・In the case of a return due to a defective product, we will promptly refund the amount to your specified account.
When returning a product, you will need to pack it yourself when handing it over to the delivery company. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please pack the product in the same condition as when it was delivered.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 8 days have passed since delivery.
[Cancellation, return, and exchange due to customer convenience]
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (excluding initial defects or incorrect delivery) after product shipment are only possible for unopened and defective products .
Even if the product is in good condition, if it has been opened (by removing the wrapping paper), it cannot be returned.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to online shopping, as this is a mail-order business accessed by customers.
Once the returned item arrives at our shop and we confirm that there are no particular problems with it, we will process a refund minus the full amount of agency fees included in the item, the actual shipping fee at the time of shipment, the COD fee if you paid by COD, the bank transfer fee for the refund, and the cost of packaging materials.
