飾る場所は、直射日光が当たる出窓や湿気の多い場所、エアコンの風が直接当たる場所も避けましょう。色あせや衣装の劣化の原因になるためです。玄関は「下座」とされ、節句飾りには適さない場所とされています。

おすすめは、リビングや和室など日差しや湿度の影響が少ない部屋。そこにサイドボードやタンスを置けば、ひな人形を日光や湿気から守りながら、春の訪れを感じられる空間を作ることができます。家具の高さや配置を少し工夫するだけで、雛人形の美しさや表情を存分に楽しめる環境が整います。
