This is a gauze blanket brand made by Nakamori, a long-established manufacturer that has been producing fabrics for over 70 years in Mikawa, the birthplace of the cotton textile industry.
The base of gauze blankets is "Mikawa cotton." According to historical records, cotton was first introduced from India to Aichi Prefecture in Japan, and it is said that Mikawa was also the first place where domestic cotton was produced during the Muromachi period.
