Rental Carp Streamers Terms of Use

These rental terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") are the property of [Service Provider Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company")

This applies between you and the customer.

By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of rental display products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") provided by our company.

It sets out the conditions for proper and safe use of the service.

1. You warrant that the information you provide in your application is accurate.

If any false information is found, the contract may be terminated.

2. This product is intended for commercial display purposes only.

Any other use (resale, re-rental, modification, etc.) is prohibited.

3. When using this product outdoors, please take into consideration the weather and installation environment.

Please avoid installing the unit in locations subject to strong winds (such as on high ground or in the corners of buildings).
Make sure you leave enough space so the carp streamers do not come into contact with buildings, power lines, tree branches, etc.
When selecting a location, make sure that there are no objects within a radius of at least 2m in addition to the size of the carp streamer.

Please install and manage the unit based on the following wind speeds.
・Wind speed below 5m/s

It can be used normally. The carp streamers swim smoothly and you can enjoy their beautiful movements when they receive a moderate breeze.
・Wind speed: 5 to 10 m/s

The carp streamer may sway violently. In this range, please check the installation status and make sure the pole and fixings are secure.
・There is a risk of damage to the carp streamer or pole due to strong winds of 10m/s or more. If such wind speeds are expected, temporarily remove the carp streamer or lay down the pole.
・Please remove carp streamers when the wind speed exceeds 15m/s. In such strong winds, there is a risk of serious accidents, such as the pole falling over or the fixings coming off.

Be sure to use the included fixing device to firmly secure the carp streamer pole to the floor or base.
Before use, check that the poles and ropes are not worn or loose.

Please remove your carp streamers at night or when you are out, especially if strong winds are expected.

Please store your carp streamers in a safe place in advance in preparation for sudden strong winds or gusts of wind.

If a carp streamer is damaged by strong winds, flying debris may cause damage to other people or property.

Please check your insurance coverage and prepare for any liability risks.

If you do install one, be sure to take into consideration the effects of sunlight and rain in addition to wind speed, and check its condition regularly.

Please check the typhoon forecast frequently, and if a strong wind warning or storm alert is issued, please remove the carp streamers immediately. Safe operation is the key to preventing accidents and damage.

1. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will deliver the product to a location designated by our company by the end of the rental period.
2. If a delay occurs, a late fee will be charged. (8,000 yen will be charged for each additional day)
3. Please return the item by the due date, follow the return instructions, and return the item carefully.
"If the rental item is damaged intentionally, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
Specifically, we may charge you for repair costs or replacement costs.

1. We have the right to terminate the contract in the following cases:

If you do anything prohibited by these Terms and Conditions

If the customer acts in violation of the law or public order and morals

2. Cancellations due to customer convenience will be accommodated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations made just before the start date may be non-refundable.

1. We assume no responsibility for any accidents, damages, or damages to third parties arising from the use of this product.
2. We will compensate for any damage to the product itself.
3. Intentional Damage If the rental item is intentionally damaged, we reserve the right to claim compensation for damages.
Specifically, we may charge you for repair costs or replacement costs.
Procedure for claiming damages If we confirm that the damage was intentional, we will send you a damages invoice. Please pay the amount stated on the invoice as soon as possible.
Damage caused by unforeseeable natural disasters (such as strong winds) or acts of God will not be covered under any compensation claims.

Your personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.

It will not be provided to a third party without permission.

This community is governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute,

The dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country.
