Wooden helmet ornament made from Kyoto Nishijin cloth



The fabric is made of pure silk and the colors are green, yellow, and purple, giving the decoration a cute and striking look. The fresh white finish and bamboo forest pattern on the folding screen make this a stylish piece that will be a delight in your living room.

The helmet ornaments are carefully crafted one by one by the craftsmen at Tougama Kobo. The shovel-shaped crest (kuwagata) is hand-applied with real gold leaf by the craftsmen.
All the fabrics are made of pure silk, giving off the elegance that only silk can provide. The fabrics also have soft colors that blend perfectly with modern Western-style rooms.
