Safe to lick!
Japanese Painting

All of our products are painted in Japan using safe, domestically produced paints. They feature warm, soft colors and a gentle paint that brings out the natural wood grain. They are safe for children to lick or put in their mouths. They are perfect for your baby's first building blocks.

You can play for a long time as you grow.

Starting as a substitute for teething toys, they can be used in a variety of ways as they grow, such as collapsing them to enjoy the different shapes, stacking them, etc. The beautiful colors, the pleasant sound of the pieces colliding, and the texture unique to natural wood will help develop a rich mind.

Easy-to-clean wooden box

The house-shaped wooden box has a guideline printed on the bottom to make cleaning up easier. When you're done playing, you can have fun cleaning up like you're playing a puzzle game.

Materials and technology,
All wooden toys made in Japan

Ed.Inter's "NIHON Series" is a carefully crafted wooden toy series, with all materials, paint, design, and craftsmanship made in Japan.

We use Itaya maple, a wood suitable for long-term use. Itaya maple is hard and resilient, resistant to scratches and cracks, making it suitable for furniture, musical instruments, and crafts. It is a deciduous tree that gets its name from the way its leaves grow, resembling a shingle roof, and can grow up to 20m in height and 1m in diameter. Its beautiful white, smooth wood grain makes it a prized material that can be used for a long time.

We use paints made in Japan. We carefully consider the characteristics of the wood to be painted, and strive to create a warm and soft color finish. We only use paints that are safe to lick or put in your mouth. The paint features natural colors that make the most of the wood grain.

We want to make good things - our finely honed senses and techniques shine through. We carve shapes that take advantage of the characteristics of wood, give it rounded edges that make it easy to grip, and continue to pay attention to details that no one else notices. Good things are created by woodworkers who have this desire in mind.

This building blocks set is made from domestically produced maple wood and carefully handcrafted by Japanese craftsmen. Maple wood is resistant to scratches and cracks, and is also used for furniture. The corners are chamfered and carefully sanded to prevent injury.

GENI
About EdInter

GENI was born when a preschool was established. At the time, the only wooden educational toys available were expensive imports from Europe. So we started planning and manufacturing our own wooden educational toys.

The origins of EdInter's manufacturing can be found in an early childhood classroom established in 1988. In this classroom, children from birth to elementary school age have developed their sensitivity, creativity and thinking skills through play that utilizes the five senses. Valuable toys have been developed through trial and error with early childhood education experts and children. The GENI series is based on evidence-based principles in everything from safety and design to materials. It is a brand that provides educational toys that support children's growth.

With a focus on safety and quality, the company offers products with warm designs that foster sensitivity and intellectual development. There are a wide variety of items that encourage growth while playing, such as building blocks, puzzles, and play sets. Based on the philosophy of "nurturing the mind through play," the products are widely used in homes and childcare facilities. The company is also known for making products that are environmentally friendly.
