If you have selected "yes" for your logo to be included on the streamers, please send us the logo or event name you would like to include in the file in AI or EPS format to the email you received after placing your order.

◆If you want to put a logo on the streamer, it will take about one week to make it after the content is confirmed. Please order at least two weeks before the rental start date to allow for ample time. ◆The desired delivery date will be the rental start date, so please be sure to specify it.

When returning the item, please attach the enclosed cash-on-delivery slip to the box and send it back. The round-trip shipping fee is included in the rental fee.
We will check the shipping number on the day after the rental period ends. If we are unable to check, please note that a late fee will be charged.

If you do not return the item within the due date, a late fee of 8,000 yen per day will be charged. Please be careful. Please make sure to use the rental period with plenty of time in advance. Additional fees will be charged after the item is returned.
