晴れと暮らすのお正月の食卓
張り切ってハレの日を演出したいお正月ですが、使い慣れないお皿や彩りだと、なんだかまとまりのないテーブルになりがち。

【紅白】を使う
日本のお祝いの色【紅白】。紅白のうつわがテーブルにあるだけで一気にお祝いの雰囲気になります。
■「紅白」の色■
本来は「吉事と凶事」を意味すると言われていますが、日本では古くから【日常（ケ）と非日常（ハレ）】を区別する象徴として、【紅白】のカラーが使用され、特に「紅」という色は【ハレ（非日常）】を象徴する色。
①メインカラーに【紅白】を使う
シンプルイズベストを心掛けると小物使いなどが際立ち、料理も映えます。
②【黒】をベースに【紅白】を際立たせる
【黒】を取り入れると、紅白が一気に引き締まった印象になります。
黒はシックな日本の美を演出し、逆にテーブルクロス等で【白】を敷くと、明るい印象になります。
③【白】をメインカラーに植物や装飾でさりげなく【紅】を補う
白い器を使い、草木の赤い実や緑の色を取り入れ、神聖なお祝いを演出できます。

和のモチーフや素材感を取り入れる
【紅白】カラーに加え、水引や漆など、日本らしい素材やモチーフを取り入れたり、ガラスなど異素材をバランスよく取り入れることで、抜け感のある食卓を演出します。
①水引き
お祝いの料理に添える水引は、結婚式やおめでたい席などでもよく見受けられます。
また料理に添えるだけでなく、花瓶につけてみたり、箸置きに使ったりと様々な飾り方をアレンジできます。
金白のカラーはお料理の食材や色味にも左右されず使いやすいのでオススメ。
②めでたいモチーフ
お祝いのモチーフ（松竹梅や鶴亀）や季節のモチーフなどを添えることで、季節感を演出し、華やかな彩りとなります。

植物を取り入れて生き生きとした食卓に
花瓶は生ける草花によって、素材やデザインを選びましょう。
最近では、テーブルウエアやナプキンと共に、プチブーケとして添えられることもあります。
